Almost in a panic attack, I stop and breathe. I have so much to do, so many responsibilities, so many people depend on me, I have so many projects that I am working on, sometimes it gets overwhelming…so this is when I must stop and breathe, it’s time for simplicity.

Lately I have found my self reflecting on all areas of my life and realizing that God didn’t mean for things to be so complicated, I have learned to come back to the basics, to find peace of mind. I am always working non-stop, too much to do to slow down…or is it really ? Always busy doing everything for others, that I forget to take time for myself.

What have I learned ? Peace of mind & me-time are so valuable. Sometimes you just have to slow down. Take care of the most important things, but enjoy your life. Simplify your life. Make a list of the things you want to accomplish and mark them off one at a time, they do not all need to be marked off in one day. Breathe, Love, Pray, Relax.
